This site is about me, my Shagya Arabian horses and my Akita dogs.

I want to introduce to you the ancient horse breed, the wonderful Shagya Arabians from Hungary. 
On this site you will find chapters about the breed standard, the history of the breed, and you will find lots of photos of Shagyas of different strains. 
I have also gathered quite a list of Shagya links over the years, which I invite you to investigate.
Last but not least you will of course find lots of stuff about my own Shagya mares, "Carmen" & "Epona" and their offspring.

You will also find lots of stuff about the wonderful dog breeds, the Japanese Akita and its cousin the American Akita.
You will find chapters about the breed history, the breed split - and lots of photos and stories about our own dogs, the two Japanese Akitas - "Tora" & "Kanzi", and some of their friends. 

I want to introduce you to the concept of feeding your dogs a natural diet: The BARF diet (Biological Appropriate Raw Feeding).

And I will be adding stuff about other subjects as well along the line...
